Abstract

Since the beginning of this year, Prof. Dr. Gabriele Koziol supports the Journal’s editorial team as an executive co-editor in an official function. She has since long been active on the Journal’s behalf. Professor Koziol studied law and translation studies (English, Japanese) in Austria, wrote her comparative PhD thesis in Germany about security interests in intellectual property licences under Austrian, German and Japanese law, and in 2013 she was appointed as Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Law of the University of Kyōto. We extend a warm welcome to her.
