Praktikum bei der Nichiben-ren

Abstract

The  author  reports  on  her  internship  at  the  Japan  Federation  of  Bar  Associations  („Nihon Bengo-shi Rengô-kai“or  „Nichiben-ren“) and describes the main features of  the unique human rights redress procedure which is  provided by the human rights protection committee of  Nichiben-ren.Furthermore, she also addresses some other activities of Nichiben-renfor human rights protection and for the realization of social justice.
